Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Custom or special-order items, as well as software, are non-refundable unless defective.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at sales@twowayradiopro.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack Your Return: Ensure the product is securely packed, including all original components and documentation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement product once the returned item has been received and processed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover return shipping costs for such cases.
